Membership Terms of Agreement
- Annual Fee Discount: Pay your annual fee upfront and receive one month free as a special thank-you for your commitment.
- Non-Combining Discounts: Membership discounts on products and services cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, ensuring you always get the best value.
- Commitment Period: Each membership requires a 12-month commitment, with complimentary services expiring monthly and not rolling over.
- Cancellation Policy: Members must provide a 30-day notice of cancellation. A $300 early cancellation fee applies.
- Non-Transferable Benefits: Complimentary services are for members only and cannot be gifted to others.
- Use-It-Or-Lose-It Policy: Balances and services do not roll over into the following year, encouraging you to maximize your membership benefits.
- Auto-Renewal:Memberships will auto-renew unless canceled in advance, ensuring uninterrupted access to your benefits.
- Membership Hold: If your membership is placed on hold due to injury, pregnancy, or breastfeeding, benefits will not accrue during this period.
- Appointment Cancellation: A 24-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations. No-show appointments and last-minute cancellations will be charged.
