Lawrence C. Kurtzman

MD

Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with over 35 years of experience, Dr. Kurtzman combines surgical expertise with an artistic eye to deliver natural-looking results. As Medical Director for Operation Smile and an educator to fellow physicians, his commitment to excellence extends far beyond his practice.

National Trainer (Specialized Training)

Dr. Kurtzman trains physicians in the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area on the safety and use of BOTOX® Cosmetic, Latisse®, Juvéderm®, and several other injectables.

Dr. Shalini Gupta

Medical Director

Dr. Shalini Gupta is a dermatologist devoted to Cosmetic Dermatology. She is a known thought leader and expert in her field. Dr. Gupta is a lecturer, instructor, and trainer on aesthetic procedures for other physicians and providers. Extensive TV interviews, press articles, and conference coverage of her work attest to her dedication. Patients adore Dr. Gupta’s creativity, genuineness, and complete commitment to helping them look and feel their best.

Dr. Gupta graduated from Miami University with a 4.0 GPA in two years. In 1996, she earned her medical degree from Harvard Medical School with honors. She completed an internship in a combined Plastic Surgery/General Surgery program at Brown University, followed by a fellowship in Photomedicine with Dr. Nicholas Soter in the esteemed dermatology department of the New York University Medical Center in Manhattan. She received dermatology training at the University of Washington and returned to Cincinnati after the birth of her first child to be near family.

Rebecca is a visionary leader and seasoned entrepreneur in the health and wellness industry, and has oversight of operations at Elite Medspa. With a passion for beauty, wellness, and empowering individuals to look and feel their best. She is a long-time resident of Northern Kentucky found her love of all things aesthetics with her own personal journey with problematic skin and unable to receive the gold standard in technology due to her ethnic background making it her mission to bring this to her hometown opening up Elite Medspa.

Andrea

Andrea grew up right here in the Northern Kentucky area. She has been a nurse for over 17 years. She graduated from IWU with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing. She has worked in Louisville Kentucky for the last 14 years where she worked in Emergency medicine, Plastic Surgery, and Neurosurgery. She has followed her dream and jumped into the booming Aesthetics world. She takes pride in her laser and injectable skills, and is eager to make you feel comfortable and confident in your own skin. When Andrea isn’t working, she enjoys boating, wood working, and spending time with her family and friends.

Denise

Provider APRN

Denise has worked in healthcare for over 30 years, spending many of those years in emergency nursing. For the past 5 years, she has served as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the hospital setting and has loved every minute of it. Her favorite hobby is traveling; she enjoys seeing new places, experiencing new cultures, foods, and wines, but is also content at home with a good book and a good bourbon. Her happiest moments are spent with her grandchildren, and she considers her time with them priceless.

Julia

Advanced Licensed Medical Esthetician

Julia was born and raised in Kansas. She received her license from The Cincinnati Institute of Esthetics. She enjoys attending conferences and trainings to expand her knowledge and expertise as often as possible. It is always a top priority of hers to continue offering her clients outstanding results and innovative solutions. When Julia isn’t working, she enjoys doing Pilates and spending time with her loved ones and friends.

Keele

Advanced Licensed Medical Esthetician

Keele was born and raised in Northern Kentucky. She received her license from Cincinnati Institute of Esthetics, and has been in the field for several years. Her passion is ensuring that her clients feel confident in their own skin. Keele is certified in everything from cosmetic peels, to Skinwave therapy, medical grade facials, and airbrush spray tanning. When Keele isn’t working, she is spending time with her family, her dog or working out.

Karly

Manager

Karly was born and raised in Northern Kentucky. She is a spirited individual whose heart beats for two things: her beloved dogs, and quality time with family. . Born with an innate passion for animals, she also loves all things beauty\making everyone feel a little bit better about themselves. Karly also cherishes moments spent with her family, if she isn’t at work she’s probably on the water with her family and dogs or sitting on a nice patio grabbing a drink with some friends.

Luciana

Luciana grew up here in Union, Kentucky, but recently relocated to Aurora, Indiana. She attended the University of Cincinnati where she obtained her Bachelor’s and Masters in nursing. After working in the Operating Room for 5 years, she found her niche in procedural healthcare and fostered a passion in the aesthetic industry. She has trained with highly esteemed professionals in both injectables and aesthetic lasers and is excited to start a career here with Elite. When she is not working, she is happily chasing her toddlers around and enjoys exercising, being outdoors, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Lindsay

Provider APRN

Lindsay has worked in critical care for 20 years, mainly as an RN in the ED at St Elizabeth. For the last year and a half, she has served as an Advanced Practice Nurse at the Kroger little clinic, right here in Union. She graduated from NKU with both her BSN and MSN degrees. Lindsay has been married for 25 years and they have 2 daughters. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, working out at OTF or being involved with her church.

Jillian had worked as an RN for over 30 years mostly in Dialysis or Pediatric Burns. She has always had a passion for beauty and fashion, so 5 years ago when the chance to train as an Aesthetics Nurse arose she jumped in with both feet and never looked back! She strives to create a natural look that enhances rather than a “done” look. She is obsessed with Pilates and spending time with her husband, 2 children , 5 grandchildren and 2 dogs.
