Late Arrival
We will do our best to try and accommodate your entire appointment. However, it may need to be rescheduled to avoid delays for other patients.
Child Policy
While we at Elite love babies and children, we ask that you make arrangements for their care before your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children and a relaxing environment for all clients. Children are not permitted in our medical facility for safety reasons.
Pet Policy
We love animals, but please leave your pets home. If you arrive with a pet that is not a service animal, we will ask you to remove your pet from our healthcare facility.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We respect our providers’ time, as they are often booked weeks to months in advance and have a significant waiting list. We cannot fill those gaps due to last-minute cancellations. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, which helps us provide the highest-quality service for all patients and value our team members’ time. You agree to our cancellation/no-show policy when you make an appointment.
48-Hour Cancellation /No-Show Policy
To ensure timely appointments for all guests and respect our providers’ time, we have a 48-hour cancellation/no-show policy. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not show up, the following fees will be charged automatically:
- 15 minutes: $50 fee
- 30-59 minutes: $100 fee
- 60+ minutes: $150 fee
After two no-shows or late cancellations, you must pay in full for your treatment before being scheduled.
Refund Policy
Services: No refunds are offered for services rendered. Despite our best efforts, aesthetic results may vary from person to person, and we cannot guarantee the desired results. Clients are responsible for additional treatments required in order to achieve their desired outcomes.
Retail Products: Purchases of retail products are not eligible for refunds. If a product is defective, it can only be exchanged for the same product within 14 days.
Gift Certificates: No refunds are available on gift certificate purchases.
Deposits
A $50 deposit is required to book an appointment and will be applied to your scheduled service. If you cancel within 48 hours or no-show, this deposit is non-refundable.
